Cancellation Policy

The Babies Secret Daycare's Saturday Playtime Cancellation Policy Registration & Payment • Saturday playtime spots are secured upon payment • Payment is required at time of booking • Spots are non-transferable to other dates • Limited spaces available to ensure quality care Cancellation Terms: • 48-Hour Notice: Full credit for future Saturday playtime • 24-Hour Notice: 50% credit for future Saturday playtime • Less than 24 Hours: No refund or credit • No-Show: Full charge, no credit Weather & Illness Policy: • If your child is ill, please keep them home (see illness policy) • Full credit given with doctor's note • In case of facility closure due to weather/emergency, full credit provided • The Babies Secret Daycare will notify families of any closure by [time] the day before Important Notes: • Credits are valid for 3 months from date of cancellation • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable • Early pickup does not result in partial refund • We maintain this policy to ensure appropriate staffing and quality care How to Cancel: • Text: (707) 254-5336 • Email: thebabiessecret@gmail.com • Please include your child's name and scheduled date Make-up Sessions: • Subject to availability • Must be used within 3 months • Advance booking required • Cannot be combined with other offers We understand that plans change!
